Font - I manage a team of 22. Golf course crew. I am the superintendent. One of my more senior guys (who is only 22) came in all distraught and this morning. We start at 6:30am this time of year so I'm used to my guys being in grumpy

Font - After I stopped laughing I remembered a time that my mom drove my truck and found a pack of cigarillos in the centre console. I only smoke them when I play golf, and even then

Mammal - maybe 1 per round. But moms are always gonna be moms. She said "well I'm not sure if I'm going to tell your dad about this but I'm very disappointed".

Font - I was 26. Twenty. Six. I'm 38 now and I still don't want her to get mad at me. So I found Ronnie on the course and told him he could go home if he wanted to find his vape and hide it before his mom found it.

Rectangle - He declined at first... 10 mins later he bursts into the shop and says "okay I'm going home really quick to hide my vape. I'll count this as my first break!"

Font - pizzahermit 2 days ago In construction people get hurt when their head isn't in the game, and really no real man wants to disappoint their mom. And you probably made a loyal employee that will be there when you need him.

Font - NoAnybody7232 - 2 days ago I'd give him about his mom making his bed, but otherwise who cares. People are entitled to breaks, appointments, small errands, etc. Who cares? Keeping him at work to stress over it just gives you a worker who is distracted all day. Letting him go deal with it is better for everyone.

Font - SecretScavenger36 - 22 hr. ago You're a nice guy. He will remember having a good manager like this. Sometimes it's the little things that can really help you out. His mom might have been grumpy or been so angry he lost his place to stay.
